You have to go into your account ask for refund and send a brief message as to what happened and you might get lucky to get a refund or a replacement. Not a Guarantee though

Very little, I'd say for about 3 days.

Q: are you able to replace the current contact lense holders with another set? To be specific, will standard size contact lense holder fit instead?

Unfortunately, standard contact holders don't fit. Eyelov designed there own contact lense holder to fit into their own case. It was a little disappointing, however its convenient because everything just fits in that container.

Q: Is applicator easy to use?

Yes, it is a more sanitary and easy way to insert the contacts.
