Nice bike but had to be returned.
We were very pleased with the bike. A good size and very robust though we did think the wheel hubs were a little tinny and not as good quality as the rest of the bike. Grandson loved it though it was a bit big for him but would last a good few years. However 10 minutes after first use the plastic ring that holds the pedal on broke so the pedal kept falling off rendering the bike unusable. Contacted the seller who were excellent at trying to sort this out and looked into trying to source a replacement part to remedy the problem. Unfortunately this couldn't be done so the bike went back and we got a full refund. This was a shame that such a small bit of broken plastic made the bike useless. A big shout out to Joanna from after sales who was excellent at answering our emails and questions, promptly and courteously and ensuring we received the refund in a timely manner.

Lovely bike
Perfect for my daughter. Only negative is that the seat comes a bit loose after use but easy enough to tighten up. Good price, easy to assemble, comfy and quick delivery. Thanks 😊

Great bike
I wasn’t so sure regarding the size but my granddaughter is 5 in September and tall for her age and this bike is a perfect size for her, will last her a while, would definitely buy again, I love the bright colour, brilliant present for her, very pleased with it

Very impressed
I’ve been searching for a trike for my little boy who is 2 and very big, he’s 108cm & 3 stone. He’s far too big for trikes and scuttlebugs his age. Ordered this and it’s perfect for him and he has growing room for it. It’s so easy to assemble (it’s just click the parts together) and incredibly sturdy. Definitely value for money.

Stabiles und sicheres Dreirad mit kleinem Manko
Das Xootz Dreirad ist insgesamt sehr empfehlenswert.Der erste Eindruck: stabil und gut verarbeitet - sollte lange den Kindern Freude machen.Auch der Zusammenbau war schnell erledigt.Das kleine Manko:Die Befestigung des Sitzes (2 Schrauben mit Drehmuttern) ist nicht ausgereift:Erst mit zusätzlich angebrachten Unterlegscheiben und passendem Schraubenzieher saß der Sitz endlich fest.Man sollte also das Dreirad auf jeden Fall fertig montieren, bevor man es dem Kind zeigt, damit die Freude nicht in Enttäuschung umschlägt.
