SteamedBun Ita Bag Backpack Bowknot Kawaii Candy Color Pins Display Backpack Bag (Pink Large)

I had ordered a bag similar to this here on amazon and the strap broke within a week so i decided to try this one, its definitely much better in quality, much bigger, and had a nice area for pins and key chains, the inside is a bit flimsy for pins but its great for me so i would recommend getting a separbacking if you so choose!

I got the large pink on pink bag! It is SO CUTE. I’m going to start a new Disney pin collection and thought this would be the perfect bag for it as I kept losing my pins on my other bag! This way they are protected. I have bought other bags from this company before and still have them over a year or 2 later. My advice is to not over stuff or use as a backpack to carry heavy books. I keep my wallet keys and small notebooks epi pen stuff like that u could probably keep a water bottle too. I just would be wary of carrying anything to heavy as it is more of a light weight bag! Love it tho it’s so so cute!

After a few months of using this bad for my wallet, phone, and iPad, the straps ripped the thread that sewed the straps to the bag. It really blows because I love the bag but now I can’t fix it because the straps are shredded

Got this for my first ita bag and I absolutely love it! So happy that it came with an insert as well

The bag itself is very cute and fits a lot, but after using it for only a few months the straps are about to fall off and I'm unsure how to repair them. Would love to contact customer service but I can't find the info for it.
