While we ship all chocolate with an Ice Gel Pack and thermal wrapping, we cannot guarantee it against melting because we can't control how long the package may be exposed to hot temperatures during shipping. If you select USPS Priority Shipping, we highly recommend purchasing an extra Ice Pack for $0.50 to help guard against melting.
