these are very large and sturdy.

They are all metal, so they will conduct heat, however they are fairly long, so if you don't fill the whole skewer and leave a little more room near the handle, and put it on the coals at the right distance, you can still use bare hands to turn.The flat shape helps with food not sliding around as you turn it while grilling.They clean up very easily.They are wide enough that I was able to do ground meat kebabs (like kafta), and sturdy enough to do Brazilian style skewers of picanha.I would recommend these skewers as a great multi-purpose kebab skewer. It covers your bases quite well.

Because they are stainless steel they are effortless to clean and look great. But they are still more sturdy than any flat skewer I have used.Because of the spiral handle you can adjust the angle quite well to get even cooking all the way around. All in all an excellent piece of design, well manufactured.I'm satisfied with these overall, especially for their price. I wouldn’t buy another kind.

This is a very sturdy skewer, The wide blade will help on holding up the food and making it easy when you rotate the skewers around when cooking.made out of sturdy material and does not ban easily (it will if you put too big of the item on the tip). but you don't need to worry if you only doing skewer bbq. very easy to clean and still good as original after a few cook so far.

Not as described. Pictures are different from the product.Curly handles are wide open and not closed as in pictures.Stick's end corners are cut with different angle, not as pictured.Plus product came with damaged box. Product felt out. Packaging is terrible as well.

Realmente me encanto, tienen el tamaño perfecto para mi parrilla, además que la forma que tiene de espada hace que no sea difícil el voltearlas, por que antes tenia unas cilíndricas y era casi imposible girarlas, pero con estas no batallé nada, las recomiendo.

Muy buenos para carne, resisten el peso y se giran muy fácil al estar en la parrilla, yo puse salmó y quedaron muy bien (fotos). Quise hacer una brocheta de camarones con verduras y como el pincho es muy ancho parte las verduras y no las sostiene. Pero para carne están excelentes
