Out of the numerous brands of similar products, this is one of my favorites. Never upsets my stomach and offers a bounty of ingredients. I take only one with each meal daily, works for me.

Best multivitamin for men and bodybuilders
I’ve taken Orange Triad multivitamins for many years now — probably 8 or more. This is the only multivitamin that I feel I can actually notice a difference with.Other multivitamins that I have taken either make me nauseous, give me a headache, or just plain don’t do anything. Orange Triad doesn’t give me any side effects, and I feel generally healthier when I take it versus when I miss a few doses.One note regarding how I dose this multivitamin, the directions for regular use are SERIOUS, suggesting taking six pills with one meal or dividing it into two 3-pill doses across the day. I actually split this into 2-pill doses (one with each meal) because I can imagine my body is able to absorb all of those vitamins and minerals at such high doses.Overall, I highly recommend this product.
