SECOND UPDATE:Ashley Chloe customer service has been FANTASTIC. My Helix Cuff was returned at their expense & new one sent. So the new one is charging & I will continue to update.THIRD UPDATE:The replacement has been disappointing. The charge holds for less than 30 minutes, too short to really be of use.UPDATE: After trying to use these for 6 months I must revise my otherwise positive review. The "bracelet" has fallen apart. Sure, I can reglue it, but less than 6 months of careful use should not have made it fall apart, especially at this price point. Also the battery life has gone down hill dramatically. The standby life is very short & the usage life also short. (I will try to time this to edit in later.)I like the idea more than the functionality. The bracelet seems like an amazing idea but the earbuds do not stay securely attached to the bracelt. I really wanted these to be the perfect cordless earbuds for traveling - no more dangling around my neck. Unfortunately, I'm afraid they will be used & but stowed in a pouch for transporting.

I love these headphones when they stay connected. They have a great design, look awesome, sound great and seem to do a nice job of noise cancellation. What infuriates me about these is that you have to be way to close to your device. Staying connected at 10 to 20 feet and with your back turned to your device (phone or laptop) is a very reasonable expectation for standard bluetooth connectivity. These headphones will start cutting out if you are further than an arms length away or turn your back.

Pretty cool design, colors amazing, but big downfall because of sound quality, for what its worth. You can buy a 5-10 dollar headphones for same sound quality

These headphones take 90 mins to charge and I couldn't even get 30 mins talk time. Yeah the presentation is awesome n all, but the product sucks. Don't waste your money

The battery life hardly reaches 60 minutes of using. Bluetooth connection is very bad too.

Just in time for the holidays, the Helix Cuff arrived and is keeping my headphones managed and on-hand, plus looks good on the wrist. It's not without it's quirks, though.+Looks good on guys' wrists.Like glasses it's a great conversation item.Easy to remove and store the headphones back onto the cuff.'Just the right amount' of cordage to be functional, and not unruly.Synced to devices without a hitch; switches smoothly between devices.-Required charge before use was annoying.Metal accents looks great, but was a fingerprint magnet on this high-touch device.Set-up time and instruction manual could have been cut down with a short tutorial video.It's center of mass is skewed to one side. Constantly loosens and slides around. I wouldn't object to a stronger magnet clasp.I just want my tech to be functional and fade into the backdrop, not something to constantly adjust or tug at throughout the day.The Helix cuff get's this about right about 85% of the time.
