This belt was exactly what I was needed. I used it today for my leg work outs and I notice great support on my back. The material is strong and steady. I really like the quality for the price that I paid. Customer service seems to be awesome they reached to me before I even received the product to let me know that the will be send me a full refund or replacement If I had any problem with the belt. This is the first weight lifting belt I've owned, though I've used one in the past. It's an excellent belt, it doesn't pinch or bind when squatting deep. The locking buckle is quick to set and release and it holds solid. My back felt more solid after started wearing this belt and that helped my confidence. I'm really pleased with the progress after started wearing this belt. I recommend this belt, especially if you're newer to lifting and don't want to go through the process of breaking in a leather belt this is a great alternative. It's also less expensive compared to the other ones available. Just give it a try and you will like it.

Good weight belt

This belt is very similar to one I had when I was younger (without the locking mechanism). It gives strong support and the locking mechanism holds it tight without relying solely on (and wearing on) the velcro. However, two things I dislike:First, as I'm older and have a little extra flab around my midsection, I find this belt digging into my sides on squats and deadlifts. My previous belt was padded much better around the edges and more comfortable.Second, the locking mechanism works almost too well. After a hard set, I like to rip the belt off so I can breathe easier. I have to work quite a bit to get this unlocked and loosened up. I can forgo the lock and may try that in the future.

For the money on this belt and the interlocking auto features its the perfect lifting belt and easy to use! Love it! Definitely worth the money!

Nice product!

I asked for a medium size (I’m 34 in on waist) and the product just doesn’t close, the zipper doesn’t attach to the other end. This is really discouraging and disappointing due to the mislead info of the size chart

Me ha funcionado bastante bien en mis entrenamientos y me da muchísima estabilidad. Quizás solo tener cuidado con el broche que pudiera llegar a pellizcar pero es cosa de acomodarla bien en donde mejor se acomode. El velcro también es de muy buena calidad, pero yo aún así lo cuido del polvo y basura.

I have always been interested in a lifting belt but my budget restricts me from purchasing a more expensive one. I decided to go with this one to get me started since my lifting and getting heavier and figured something is better than nothing.Turns out, for the cost this belt has definitely helped with lifts and offers the support I need. Not sure how long it will last, but for initial impressions it's a great starter belt. Definitely recommend for a first belt or someone who is tight on budget.Belt tightens well and holds the safety lock works, I use half the time. It's comfortable but sturdy, again not sure how long that will last.Overall, good buy. Exceeded expectations based on cost and a few uses.

El cinturón es exactamente cómo se describe y cómo viene en la imagen, no hay ningún detalle en ello, y la calidad la verdad es muy buena, el velcro es fuerte y por ello le pongo 5 estrellas.Pero el cinturón tal vez no sea para cualquier persona, ya que tiene el mismo ancho a todo lo largo del cinturón y en mi caso, al hacer ejercicio me molestaba a la altura de las primeras costillas, Quizás te convenga más optar por un cinturón clásico de levantamiento, de cuero, que tienen un cierto ancho en la zona lumbar y se van haciendo menos angostos a lo largo de la cintura.

el cinturon es cómodo y resistente, mi única queja es que el vendedor no es claro y especifico con las tallas en cuando a la longitud en centimetros o pulgadas, y solo se limita a etiquetar como M, L, etc.
