Monti And Associates Inc FB660 Vent Hood Fan

My previous fan blade was severely out of balance. It would make a terrific howl.I was surprised to NOT find any replacements at my local Hrdwre stores!The replacement I bought here on AMAZON, fit perfectly and is almost quiet.I gave it a 4star rating because the edges of the new blade had "flash" left on it from the molding process.I doctored the edges with some 500 grit sandpaper to decrease the chances of imbalance.The most difficult part of the replacement process was: getting the tiny cir-clip, back into the thin groove.My opinion is: the cooking temps and cooking oils that reach the plastic blade will damage the original blade over time.I suspect that in 5yrs I'll be buying another one.JF

Great product but description didn't say it had a flat for "D"shaft. Had to modify motor shaft.
