My Mom is legally blind and was unable to see any size clock display (or color) that we tried. Purchased one of these a couple years ago (had a British accent, so I was glad to find this one did not!) that my Mom used before accidentally knocking it to the floor and breaking it, so we bought another one for her. She uses this throughout the day to give her the time and likes that it also gives the date and day of the week.

The internal micro switch is positioned such that if you don’t press the external button exactly in the center it doesn’t work. Father slept with it and accidentally held the button down, which resulted in dead battery in the morning (happened twice). He complained it did work all the time, I figured it was just user error of a blind man, but on several occasions I found I needed to remove the batteries to get it working again ( somehow the micro got locked up… I don’t know how, but it happened several times in a one week period while in the hands of my father in law.Frustrating experience for both of us. I sent the unit back… it was supposed to alleviate a problem, but just created aggravation.

My mom is legally blind and cannot read or see and cannot push buttons anymore. So this is great for her. So she can know the day , time and date.It is really worth the money!There is no picture. It is exactly like the pic in description..

Got this for my grandfather who is completely blind and had difficulty knowing the date and time! This has been a serious game changer for him as he is now better oriented throughout the day and has a much better sleep pattern. It is very easy to set up as extremely easy to use, just push the big button.

Great for my mom to carry in her pocket, easy to use.

I use this talking clock under my pillow so I don’t have to open my eyes and look up to see what time it is and it’s perfect for my purpose.

Big disappointment. Sorry to have purchased. Wasted money. Cannot recommend.....at all.

I ordered this clock, it was delivered on time. But it's very cheaply made, not worth near the cost. I requested a refund and sent the clock back, but had to have Amazon intervene to finally get a refund. Steer clear of this one!
