support@airrideboard I'm still waiting for HELP with my purchase!
I bought this air ride board for my daughter and no less than 1 months one of the wheels goes forward but the other side does not move. The light on top of the board that indicates a circle and a battery show when turned on the battery is charged "green" the circle is "red" I called support and I emailed back and forth with Dennis for almost a month as well. I tried calibrating the board as directed and I would appreciate a refund, or an exchange for one that works correctly. This was an expensive birthday present and its sad that she is not able to use it and no one is really resolving this problem. I just want one that works!! Bought this for my granddaughter for her birthday in July ...
Bought this for my granddaughter for her birthday in July 2017 and she has ridden it a lot with no problems. She loves it. Don't buy a GoTraxx Hoverfly. Bought one of those for my other granddaughter because it came in purple and it has had troubles.
