Picture explanation:I tested these brushes in a few different ways:Dry and Damp. The peach color is expensive high quality Golden Artist paint, the purple and blue is liquitex.The right is the largest brush. The middle is the middle brush. The left is the liner brush.I used multiple layers of paint (without waiting for drying, a little bit of blending).The red canvas is liquitex with just a single layer. you can see a ton of streaks with just a single layer.Pros:-Good coverage-No shedding of the bristles.- high quality! Looks and feels great.- The liner brush is great! Easy to control and can get a fine point.Things to consider:- these brushes are amazing with the expensive paints. They aren't as nice with liquitex, which I'm not sure why. Part of it is obviously the paint quality, but the other (cheaper) brushes I have seem to work a bit better with it.- the brush sizes aren't for large canvases. Perfect for mid-sized and small.- this is on the pricier side of brushes, but they are very nice! I think it's price is worth it.Perfect for mid and small sized canvases for the brush sizes.Overall thoughts:A little top heavy, but I like that. I love the feel of the brushes in my hand! They are luxurious and feel high end.I'm not the biggest fan of square brushes. They don't blend as well and show the brush strokes. It is good for artists that like more texture and it's a good set to have in your arsenal.

These are nice stiff bristle brushes, much stiffer than I was expecting for synthetic, but depending on your use that may be a good thing. The ends come perfectly cut and they feel solid in your hand.

These are very nice brushes.The large diameter, highly polished handles feel very nice in your hand.The overall length of the handle was concerning but it ended up working very well. The brushes were easy to use, and you could grip them where it felt best during a particular project. We ended up liking the length compared to other shorter brushes we have in our kit.We used the brushes to paint, relatively smooth rocks with an acrylic paint.The bristles held the paint very well. It went on very smoothly. And the tips of the brushes held their shape. (Keep in we've only used these brushes once - so far)Finally, the brushes cleaned up quickly.So, the brushes performed pretty much as we hoped and expected when we ordered this premium set. Having used inexpensive brushes purchased from box stores it was obvious right away that this was a quality tool.These are nice brushes to keep or give as a gift. Either way they will be appreciated.

Flat brushes in sizes 4 & 12. Round brush in size 2. Excellent quality - Made in Germany

I love these brushes!! Used them on a bigger canvas and they are perfect. Applies my acrylic paint really smooth and holds a lot of paint on the brush. Only down side is darker colors do stain the bristles.

I was quite happy with these brushes. They’re well made and while the handles are long for my style of painting in acrylics they are well balanced. I can always cut them down if that bothers me. I’ve not had any problems with loose bristle from the ferrule after several sessions and cleanings. They are stiff enough to leave expressive brush strokes so if you do a lot blending I would use a softer brush. The liner brush loads paint well a lays a nice stroke for outline. A reasonable price for this quality, I would certainly buy again and would look at other brush sizes from this company.

These are a joy to paint with, they have nice firm bristles and the handles are very well made, and comfortable, they seem to be very high quality, I have enjoyed using them and plan to buy more when needed.

This is a well made and ergonomic set of synthetic hog bristle paint brushes. They feature long wooden handles with durably wrapped and grippy upper ends and an environmentally friendly manufacturing process according to the packaging. The synthetic bristles appear to be securely fastened and evenly cut so they’ll hopefully last quite awhile. Haven’t tried them out with my acrylics yet but I’m definitely looking forward to it. Pretty good quality three piece set at a fair price.
