The perfect size for my sugar, airtight seal. Simple and beautifully made.

This is a beautiful and classy canister. I have had my eye on it for some time. Yet it did not work out. The lid is loose on the jar, not tight like is needed to keep coffee fresh. If you don't care about a tight lid and like the look, then get it. I don't go through coffee very fast and need the tight seal it maintain the freshness of the beans.

I loved the idea of this sugar jar with the simple embossed "sugar" in red. But I was totally impressed by the quality of the piece when it arrived on my doorstep! The ceramic is very durable with a tight fitting lid. It is glossy, except for a subtle band of matte about 2-inches from the bottom up. So cute!! It makes me smile to see it on my counter top every morning....even though I don't even put sugar in my coffee (that's my husband). This would make a great gift....my taste leans toward modern, but this piece would fit in with most any kitchen decor. If you are on the fence on this item....I wholeheartedly push you over in the direction of "buy it"! Much better in person than the photo shows.

I bought the Make International "Sugar" jar container and have loved having at my apartment! Not only does it look adorable on the counter, but it does it's job and keeps the sugar for baking projects right near by. The sugar stays fresh and dry because the top is sealed. Yay! I've heard the company makes ones with different sayings...I think I'll ask for a few additional ones for Christmas :)
