Fits, no issues
I used this adapter and spacers to replace the Shimano 180 mm rotor with a 203 mm rotor. I had to use the spacers included in the kit. The bolts were the correct length.Shimano 2-piston caliper, not 4-piston.

Perfect
Perfect alternative to the SRAM version which is 3x more expensive. Save yourself some money and buy this one. With the money you save, you can get yourself some nice titanium bolts. As others have mentioned, the bolts are not the greatest quality but that's an easy enough fix.

Fits SRAM RSC
I was able to run Sram Centerline 2 Piece 180mm rotor with this adapter. The bolts do need to be better, these will rust pretty quickly, which is why I feel 4-stars is appropriate.Overall good value for the money.
