Fortified Bicycle Invincible Fenders

These fenders look very cool, and they're surprisingly light, but they were a little tricky to install - the instructions were a bit cryptic. But they have great range of adjustment. Most of the fenders I've had before have mounted to eyelets on the bike frame (e.g, mount point on the end of the fork) but these mount directly to the hub, so they'll come off when you change a tire. My previous fenders also secured on both sides of the fender, these are just secured on the right side. So if you ever dangle a shopping bag from your handlebars (I know you're not supposed to...) and expect your fender mount to help stop the bag from getting sucked into the spokes, you get that protection only on one side. (On the plus side, even though the fender is only held on a single point, it's well secured, so I didn't have a problem with grocery bag bumping the fender out of alignment.). They're pretty narrow, so depending on your tire size, they may not shield you from stuff kicked up to the side of your tire rather than directly under it. They didn't pass a deep puddle test with flying colors - ankles got a bit wet.

Simple and effective, don't rattle like larger fenders or get in the way at all. I tested in the rain and they worked very well. Also keeps the lines on the bike looking clean. Any bikes I have regular fenders on are going to be converted to these and any future fender additions will be these as well!
