Total joke. The plastic handle and hose were sticky and you needed nail polish remover to get it off. The water stream was useless and the hose got in the way.

I have had one of these knives for years hanging on the pegboard in my shop unused. I decided to give it a try this year during the pompano run. If you've ever cleaned Pompano you know you have to wipe your blade often as it builds up a butter like stuff on the blade. I have cleaned 70 + pomps now and not a single blade wipe. It came with a razor sharp edge and has held it thru all these fish. It also skins the pompano very good. I bought another one to have if this one ever fails. i plan to buy these as gifts for fellow anglers.

I bought this knife many years ago. I forgot about it. It got lost in my house so I never got to use it. Its a good and practical product. I rediscovered it this week still in the original package. I now have a boat with a water hookup on deck now. Good timing. So I plan to start using it. It would be better if the water hose was detachable. But you can probably make that modification yourself. Glad to see that its still being made and sold. I'll post another comment after I get some good use out of it. The only thing I'd to see is a locking sheath included to cover the blade for safety and storage.

Good sharp knife --- You can adjust the flow ---makes cleaning fish fast and clean. Here in Florida, some fishing piers have hose hook up at the cleaning station.
