The best part of this purchase is all the pieces go inside. NO paper box that tears. Not to expensive. The pieces are ago definitely NOT high end pieces if you are looking for that.We just want one to leave on the table. Nothing pricey because we may never use it. But we think we will. We recommend it. I hate storing games with boxes that eventually rip.

Annoying sticker slapped on chess board for no reason
4 stars because of the sticker placed exactly on the top of the chess board. Other than that, a nice backgammon and chess board.

A Very Nice Chess and Backgammon Set
This is a really nice, wooden, folding chess board, with brass latches, and it's a backgammon board on the inside. It comes with dice, chess pieces (Not the ones pictured) and backgammon pieces. The squares at 1.5 inches, which makes them perfect for a wide variety of chess pieces. A wonderful purchase, whether you want it as a discussion piece on your coffee table or you want to take it on the go to play backgammon with your friend.
