It was too big for my daughter . Waste of money

I bought this for my little one, he is only 1 year old and he was able to take it off after I tied it up. Not strong enough, a 2 year old will easily take that off.

My 4.5 year old tried sucking on top of them. She is hit or miss with it. The numbs on it are not a deterrent as I hoped.
