This is the only CoQ10 that I use as it is SRT (Sustained Released). It works well. I do not take statins, but my doctor said that as we age (I am 66) our bodies do not make enough CoQ10 and it is one of the few supplements he recommends.

It’s not written anywhere that this. COQ10 is the ubiquinol form. This is a big deal because it’s the only form we should be taking because of it’s solubility and enhanced absorption. Why does this significant detail not mentioned on this CoQ10 product from Jigsaw?
