This machine is horrible.
Your browser does not support HTML5 video. This machine is awful. I received this machine damaged out the box. I recorded from the time I open the box an saw screws loose. The machine had several loose screws, loose top, the pad the not glues downed and a screw fell out as I was recording. The wires to the magnetic hood was hanging loose as well. I was sent a replacement which broke 2 months later. I paid $379 for this machine and I was only able to use it for 2 months. Within those 2 months the magnetic post would not magnetize consistently and the stop getting hot. When asked for a refund, I was told it was out of warranty. this machine is horrible and this company is as well.

The shipping box was not damaged looks like it was packed already damaged
Machine arm and head was damaged (bent), all the screws where loose and missing four of them, bottom foam pad was not glued down it fell offwhen I took the press out of the box. The shipping box was not damaged looks like it was packed already damaged.

The Best Press On The Market
I have owned this same press for 3 years now. And have never had any problems. I is excellent and has served me extremely well the magnet you were moving is supposed to be loose and also the top as well. You must refer to your hand book which informs you about the issues you think you may have that are just part of the design of the press.

Great Press
I’ve had this press for about a year now. I haven’t had any problems at all with it. It presses evenly and releases every time. The slide out is working properly. Great press for the price.

Gas springs failed in first 6 months, no warranty, can’t get replacement parts made in china

No Power on Machine
got this machine and plugged it up. No power!! Very aggravated. I waited a long time to be disappointed to have to go back to the drawing board.
