I would recommend sizing down one size for a tight fit.
I originally purchased my actual size XL and it fit but didn't give me that snatched feel. I exchanged it for a L and it fits perfect. I am 5'6 and 230lbs for reference. I carry most of my weight in my upper body and midsection.I tend to run hot but it hasn't made me sweat just wearing it around the house (but I do run my A/C and ceiling fans all day). I haven't worked out in it yet to see how much more I'll sweat but it's made of a neoprene material so I know I probably will sweat a lot when I work out.Pros:- I love that is snatches in my arms, waist and thighs.- It's easy to wear out in public with a shirt, sweater or jacket over it.Cons:-It's difficult to take off when you need to go to the bathroom. I feel like the zipper doesn't go down far enough to easily take it off.- I wish the waist trainer belt was a little wider to cover my entire mid-section including my fupa. It covers my waist but my fupa sticks out at the bottom, the tighter I fasten the belt.- Has a funny, chemical smell to it. I washed it before I wore it but it still smells. I have a similar waister trainer to this made of the same material and it as the same smell so it may just be how the material is supposed to smell.

Liked how I could not feel how the suit was working. I was soaking wet when I peeled it off of me.

Waist strap.
I really like it. Except for waist strap don’t really stay in place.. maybe if there was Velcro towards the bottom as well as top. I sewed some on my self myself. Works great. Especially with sit ups.. Just an idea!

Worth to buy!
Very comfy and will definitely make u sweat!!! I love this sauna body shaper!!! I wore this every day and I can feel the sweat all over my body!

Looks like what I was expecting!
Im 5.7' and about 200 pounds. Im size 14 I tried XL and fits perfect. Im ready to workout and see results.mido 1.73 y peso 195 kilos. Soy talla 14 en pantalon. Pedi una XL y quedo perfecto. espero les ayude.

Came with hair stuck!
Product seems like good quality however it came with hair stuck on Velcro. They didn’t even check the product which I’m assuming was returned. Very disappointed because I was excited to wear this while working out.
