Love these door handles. My husband was apprehensive at first because he likes just using keys and knowing who has a key, however, he is sold on them now that they are installed. We have an apartment over our garage and parts of the house have shared spaces that require locks. It’s very convenient to just have codes to get to the laundry area and entrance to the house without having to have a key every time. I would recommend these handles. They work great and have a fingerprint option as well as codes for as many people as you wish. Great for Airbnb as you can control them from an app also. I also like that the doors are always locked but accessible to open with your code and the safety that provides.

Blown away by how feature filled and responsive this smart lock is.Not only was it super easy to install (the install video in the description is helpful, takes less than 10 minutes to install), but there are so many options to unlock your door.Passcode - CheckVia App - CheckKey Card - CheckKey - CheckThe lock uses the TTLock App, it is available in the App Store and was fully functional on my iPhone 12. You reset the lock to remove any previous codes on there (default admin code is 000#; the reset button is beneath the battery area, use the included pin and hold it there for a few seconds, the lock will verbally confirm it is reset)You have to create an account in the app, then add your smart lock via bluetooth. It is quick and seamless. The app literally walks you through the entire process.From the app you can create permanent or temporary passcodes to unlock, you can program your keycards, you can lock and unlock directly from the app.The lock uses 4 AA batteries, so you want to keep the manual unlock key in case those batteries run out because the door automatically locks itself after a few moments. This is a really great security feature, you never have to worry about your door being locked after you close it.Everything about this smart lock is impressive. It is well constructed, sleek looking, easy to install with a very intuitive and user friendly app to control. All components feel like they are made of durable materials. This lock set the bar high and I can easily recommend it.

This is my third lock purchase. Easy to install. Easy to program. The price is very good.

I had an issue with my first installation; the spindle will not go into latch. After back and forth responses from manufacturer, I finally convinced manufacturer that I knew what I am doing and what I am saying is accurate. The defective spindle worked with other latches other than the provided one but I couldn't at that time tell if it was the spindle or the latch. Finally I figured it to be the spindle. I had purchased 2 more of these locks and got the parts from the new packaged items and that proved the case. Even the new spindle and the latch was had a tight initial fit entering into the hole on the latch. Looking carefully, the the tip of the spindle seem to be distorted a little (manufacturing process). Also the latch rectangular part doesn't fit through the latch hole easily as the the dimensions is slightly off and also the crimping of the part is slightly not pressed down enough which makes that part get caught up in the hole on the door where the latch goes through. I had to use a Dremel with a sand paper rotary bit to sand the section down so the latch will go through the door hole. This product is a good product... on concern from other users and myself is that you cannot lock (manually) the door from the inside (and I agree); that is true so you MUST rely on the AUTO LOCK feature. Once you are inside the premise the lock will lock within the time that you specified so every time you close the door ... you know it is locked (as proven to myself also). I am okay with that now. So for short term rentals etc... just let your customers know that the door IS LOCKED automatically, no concerns there and just close the door. Like they say ... "nothing is easy"... always some extra work. Once again... I like this product, pretty sturdy unlike some others out there. Many manufacturers use the same app so no big deal and proven to be successful, saves development time. The app (TTLock) have an icon that shows that lock as locked or unlocked instead of selecting the "status button"; the app should already know the status automatically. That's coming from me as a Software Engineer... simple consumer needs.

Very pleased with the purchase. Like that you have multiple ways to unlock it. Likes that it talks to me. Batteries are easily accessible.

I love these locks. I have been using them on all my doors at work and home! It is so convenient to have one key fob that opens every door I need to enter. One key fob has replaced 30 keys for me.

Right away it was clear that the fingerprint feature didn't work well. We would try to use it but after 3 failed attempts it just became quicker to type in the code. This was inconvenient but at least the handle still worked. That is up to a few months later. The handle become looser and looser to the point where it finally broke. havent even had it for a year yet. Don't buy this.
