Hi ladies, first time mama here!!Had to come and leave a review to hopefully help someone else out!! Shortly after my second trimester started, I started getting so sore- mainly my hips from sleeping on my sides during the night (used to be an avid tummy sleeper). But man did I feel like an 80year old lady when my hips started hurting! It was so bad I could cry daily...I tired a mattress pad from the store that I even folded to make thicker, and it slightly helped but not much, I would still wakeup a bunch and would still have hip pain.THEN I got this mattress! Kind of pricey for essentially a pool float/raft, BUT when it relieves your pain and helps you FINALLY get sleep- ITS SO WORTH IT!!!It definitely takes some getting used to- so you'll have to give it a little time and find what's most comfortable for you! Of course it raises you off the bed a bit, so be careful. Also, I found that the most comfortable position for me is flipping the mattress upside down so you have the bigger belly hole- then I sleep side sleeping and sit my hip/ belly inside the belly hole! I also tuck a small baby blanket or whatever you have, inside the hole to still give your belly some support with still giving the belly room to dip down. (I hope this makes sense lol). Also still using my pregnancy pillow in combination with this, plus other pillows if needed!I know it seems silly while blowing up the mattress, or like you've built yourself a pillow fort- but I swear the difference it makes to finally have relief from pains and get some more consistent sleep- its worth a try! Plus you can use as a pool float and other things, so it'll hopefully be nice and versatile!Prayers for everyone and their pregnancies, and hoping someone can find this helpful & hopefully get some better sleep!p.s. Last tip is to keep your pets away from it lol... I tried, but our cat still got its claw into it and I had a meltdown haha.. but the kit comes with 2 patches so that's helpful.

This made my pregnancy more enjoyable as I love to read on my belly. Using it indoors on the floor was the best way to use it. I did take it into the pool a few times but the material is a bit reflective and plastic so you sweat on it a lot and then end up sticking to it if you're in the sun with it.

After several weeks of use it deflates after laying on it for 20 minutes. Otherwise i liked it and it helped me get sleep

Bought this for a trip to the beach and it was a total game changer. I was able to float and tan on both sides, staying comfortable and keeping baby safe. I even spent some time on the floor of my house laying in this to get some back relief. Would recommend.

I bought this after suffering through second-trimester insomnia, hoping that sleeping on my stomach like I used to could give me some restful hours. Unfortunately, when fully inflated, the bed does not get tall enough for me to feel comfortable laying on my stomach. My belly still touches the ground and I feel like I am compressing the baby. I have episodes of severe round ligament pain and this does not provide me any relief.However, the product is exactly as it says it is so I can't knock it. I don't think it was worth the money because I'll be using it as a unique pool float next summer and I could have bought that at a fraction of the price.

When you lay on this, your belly fits into the hole… but the hole is circular, unlike a pregnancy belly… and when your belly goes in, your body keeps arching into a painful banana where your hips are way lower than the rest of your body. Highly don’t recommend for floating or sleeping. Just don’t bother.

It's very comfortable! I've used it just to lay on my tummy and as a pool float. The price is lofty for what it is and mine has been losing air since the first time we inflated it, but it's easy enough to refill and can get a couple uses out of it before it's too flat.
