It's Deluxe Cherry Pitter with Suction Base

I am actually split between a 4.5 and 5 rating and since the lower is not available I went to a 5. The machine is well designed, works as advertised and easy to clean and set up. The pitts came out each time flawlessly. Only noted shortfall was the finished cherry does not always drop into the fruit bowl and generally I just pitted the the next cherry or used my finger to pop it down the chute. This is my first pitter and I am very pleased

After getting the hang of it, it worked pretty good.Except the suction doe not work on any surface I tried.

I LOVE this product! Easy to use and the suction cup actually works extremely well! I love that I can quickly pit dozens of cherries, especially for our little kiddos to snack on.

The first day I used it the suction was great on my counter, but after that day it would not stay. I washed it; tried it dry, tried it wet, tried in different areas on my counter, but would not stick. This made it extremely difficult to operate! I'm glad it didn't cost much. I guess I got what I paid for.

Wasn’t as easy to use as advertised. Didn’t sheer the pit clean. Challenging to clean.

This thing is awesome! It looks kind of cheesy plastic, I was concerned that it would not hold up well, but I got through a couple of bushels of cherries in amazingly short time, and the thing seems to work fine. Will update if problems in the future

I am very disappointed in this product and wish I had not bought it. The supposed suction doesn't work and you have to hold with one hand and smack down the spring loaded arm in order for it to pop the cherry off to roll out into a low lipped container. The cherries don't roll out very easily and you often have to reach in and remove; you have to be careful that only one cherry rolls into place at once. At first it wouldn't feed them in and later did slightly better. It is stiff. Also it often would catch the pit between the gasket and the impaler and you have to pull and pull the lever to try to unjam. I thought it wouldn't let loose and was permanently jammed when it finally came undone. Poor quality.

Really speeded the pitting process up. I had a few cherries that got stuck in the down chute and a few that stayed on the piercer but overall I am happy with it.
