I love this! The roller is super cold, so be sure to wear a shirt. It feels comforting and helps my sore muscles.

It works well to roll out my feet. However, the motion of rolling is not totally smooth and silent. I guess that is to be expected as it was the least expensive one I could find. It holds cold long enough to roll out my feet. I am not sorry I didn't spend more money.

The ice therapy roller ball has been very effective for cold massages, and it stays cold for a long time (more than a half hour). Glides smoothly, it's a convenient size (about the size of a large plum). The base is hard plastic and does not get cold, making this comfortable to hold. Using this is much better than an ice cup--no need for towels--so much neater. Also, takes up less room in the freezer.

I am loving this roller ball for the back of my neck when it is tense. Works wonders. You should not think about it and just grab it. Have you heard that when you have a headache you can put an ice cube at the back of your neck? Well this works better :-)

Got this for my plantar fasciitis. It was a little too small to roll my foot on. It doesn't have rubber on the bottom so it moves around when you try to roll your foot with it on the floor. Does a lot better by hand.

Not sure but May be getting a bit rusty already? It’s not as shiny after a few uses.

Easy to use and helps with issues.
