BLUU 20&25&35 Quart Cooler Bag, Leakproof Insulated Bag Coolers with HydroLock Zipper

I am amazed by the quality. I ordered a second one because it is such a great value. I saw some complaints about the zipper pulls breaking off. Time will tell but it does come with zipper grease to make it slide easier. Just be careful when you first open it and apply the grease and I think you will be fine. If you’re pulling with a ton of force, you’re doing something wrong. This thing is the same quality as the top brands.

I really love this cooler bag. It holds everything we need for a long-distance, multi-day motorcycle trip. Things stay cool, even it the desert heat. The only reason it gets 4 stars instead of 5 is that I ordered it in blue and it came in grey. It doesn't change the functionality of the cooler, it just isn't the color I wanted. :-(

Thank you BLUU your product is great same with your customer service!UPDATE (PART 1):I reached out to BLUU customer service and they are very fast with response as well as trying to correct the faulty zipper. BLUU sent me a new cooler (yet to use it... this weekend hopefully!).BLUU impressed me with the amazing customer service and did their best to make sure I was satisfied and happy with the situation. (I will update how the cooler did once we get back from our camp trip).First post:I spent hours looking for the perfect cooler. Finally decide to go with this one, first camping trip and the zipper failed.My cooler was a Christmas present and now Im outside of the return window with Amazon, next step is working on the warranty they claim to have on these coolers for 2 years.I will update my experience once complete... very sad about this cooler! Looked amazing!!!

Took this to the beach 1 time zipper broke. They give you lube for the zipper and I applied a few times within the week I had it cause it is tough to slide the zipper with the rubber seal they have on it. Metal part cut my finger when it broke.. I guess ill be looking for a zipper attachment I can put on it so I can still use it, id hate to have to go through the trouble of returning such a big item for something like a zipper. Can't believe they used such a cheap zipper on it though..Update.. one of the best customer support services I’ve dealt with on Amazon will buy from them again

I just used it for the first time for a day trip at the lake. 111 degrees out and minimal shade. 20 water bottles large ice pack on the bottom surrounded by loose ice and luch on the top. It still had ice in it after 7 hours of the arizona sun beating down on it. my guess would be if i had stayed the night out by morning it would all be cold water. Pretty impressive for a soft sided cooler with kids constantly in it. The Zipper is a little rough at first I used the provided lube and after the day it had its starting to smooth out. The straps work it was about 1/2 mile hike in. The cooler was loaded down pretty heavy it would be nice to have straps hugging the hips. But it worked and belt straps would increase the footprint not something i would wanted. With that said i wouldn't go hiking with it. All in all me and my other half have fallen in love with it and will continue to use it. One side note to mention between the sun and extreme temperatures within a hour or so the black parts of the cooler were hot enough to burn my skin but so was the ground.

The media could not be loaded.  I'm a small guy with 5'4" and 140lb. Whenever i carry my older cooler, it always a difficult task. I've always searched for a better solution. Well, i found BLUU and gave it a try. BLUU is really awesome and i did a small video to show you guys. It is big but very lightweight. I can carry this on my back and still able to carry other stuff on my hands. This is great and i can forget my cooler at home. This is high quality and thick. The strap was easy to use and to put on my shoulders. Because how thick and large the straps are, they distributed the weights on my shoulders evenly. This is the best part about it. The zipper is also big and tight. It seals up very nice and no air leaks. There are pockets outside of the bag which can be very useful for things like pocket knife, beer opener, etc....

This is a very nice cooler but way over priced. I ran across one at Costco that was almost as good for $90 less. That said, it is a high quality cooler and I am satisfied with the performance.

Item did not come with shoulder strap. The interior membrane was ballooned out to where you could barely put anything in it. I put a pillow inside of it and zipped it closed to hopefully push the air out with pressure. Nope! If I can say anything good about the cooler it’s that it’s definitely sealed and looks like it’s pretty good quality as long as quality control is doing their job correctly. I was planning on going on a long kayaking trip this weekend and wanted to use this cooler and it showed up with no shoulder strap, ballooned out with no lubricant and no paperwork just a beat up cooler shoved in a box. I would have just used the cooler but then wouldn’t have felt right about returning it after using it. My trip wasn’t ruined but I definitely would have liked to have had this cooler on the trip. It was the piece of gear I was most excited about using while paddling down the river and not have to lug around a cooler that wasn’t adequate. Anyway I’m a glutton for punishment and just ordered 4 more of them because I now need a lot of them. Hopefully they show up in good shape with all of the stated items. If not they have 4 more bad reviews coming their way.
