Now we have the ability to use our battle rope, which can be an amazing full-body workout in and of itself.The Battle Mount Hook was very easy to install. It literally took just a few minutes to get it done and it is rock solid secure. The extended length of the hook as compared to the smaller H1 hooks allows for easy on and easy off application of the battle rope AND we don't need to use any additional straps to affix the rope like with other rope attachment products on the market. Many of those types of straps that are typically used to affix the rope can easily wear out from the friction caused by the movement of the rope as well as cause damage to the rope itself. We can now attach and detach our 2" thick X 30' long battle rope in quite literally 2-seconds, which fits perfectly on this Anchor Gym Battle Mount hook. We really like the fact that our $100 rope is protected from fraying by using this inexpensive hook.This Battle Mount hook is beautifully designed with a super smooth finish, just like the rest of our Anchor Gym equipment. It's comforting to know that we can trust these products to not wear out the ropes, bands, and straps we use for our workouts and to also keep the attachments connected while using them from any angle without the attachment flying off. This safety feature is the "T" portion at the end of all of the Anchor Gym hooks. It's a really smart design.
