Not the Best for Computer use. Breaks up
I Bought this to make calls with My Mac for my business. Customers always say that it breaks up or I sound like I'm in a tunnel. This may not be the best application for this product. It will be sent back and purchasing the Plantronics pricier version.

The connection was not good at all
I ordered this to answer calls through my work computer, as opposed to using the headset. The connection was not good at all, full of static on both ends. I tried multiple calls to see if it was always that case, and it was. If you're purchasing to pair with your cell phone to talk while driving, perhaps it performs better there -- I never tried that.

It works well but it is way to big for my ear. What my biggest problem was that I wear glasses and the piece that goes over your ear is sort of to big and I have to adjust my glasses so I can wear the piece.

I am enjoying my hands free Bluetooth. My 36 year old son have to connect it for me. I couldn't get it to connect, he explained to me I had to hold the button down exactly 6 seconds! I LOVE it and the long talk time are "Awesome"👍🏾
