MEASURE BEFORE YOU ORDER
I ordered the 18 x 49 inch, and it fits great. There's enough material that it tucks underneath nicely, and the strong elastic makes it a tight fit. The rounded front of the cover has a cap that extends about 8 inches back underneath. That was a big selling point for me.Whenever I've replaced covers and pads in the past, I've kept the old as extra padding under the new. That wasn't possible this time due to a fire. I'm thinking of getting a second one of these in order to achieve the same effect. That way when the top one starts to go, I can switch and have brand new again.There is only one Velcro grip underneath. I like more. I just ordered a pack of 4 Goodtime ironing board cover clips for $6.99, on sale from 9.89 here on Amazon. If I don't like them, I will come back and let you know. Good purchase.
Fits perfect, came a day earlier, clothes slide nicely on the ironing board when adjusting or positioning them. Just what I wanted! TY!

Great padding!
I like the material.It was easy to put on.Love the Velcro loop on the bottom to secure the pad. Very easy.I was concerned about the padding being thick enough, but it was just what I was hoping for.
