Good quality
"This is amazing! My 5-year-old son has been struggling. Even if we wake up late at night, he will never wake up. Desperately, we tried this alert. On the first night, the alarm sounded at 2:30 in the morning. We all woke up and went to the bathroom, but he was already peeing. The next night, until 7:30 in the morning, the police only urinated, and most of them urinated. Literally, on the third night, he woke up! Since then, we may have received 3 scattered alerts, and he is very happy to wake up dry! We pair it with an app where you can choose a "sticker" to place in the virtual calendar. We have been there for a month and we have to wake up for two weeks. I am so happy! ! ! I have spent hundreds of products to stop my child's bedwetting. Alarm, mat, program. This is the cheapest I have ever used, and my son likes it the most."

Not as good as older model
We had an older model of this alarm that we replaced when it wore out. The main issue with this new one is that it is very difficult to attach the clip to the under garments. The clasp is very stiff and hard for an adult to attach and practically impossible for my 10-year old. Also, if the garment it thin the sensors will connect causing the alarm to go off even if it's not wet. This makes it very difficult to place strategically where it might detect wetness sooner. We had to clip it to the outer edge of the garment where the fabric was thicker, but further away from where it could detect an accident sooner. The past few nights my child has woken up wet without the alarm even sounding because it was placed too far from the initial source. But we couldn't clip it closer because the fabric of the garment was thinner causing the sensors to connect through it. Really bummed as the older model worked much better, was easier for a kid to clip into place and didn't seem as sensitive to the fabric thickness.

Is there a warranty or replacement for this since it's not even barely six months old?
it was working just fine and we had no issues until I thought the batteries died on it and then I replace the batteries and it is still not working I'm not sure if it's still under warranty or not I've only had it 6 months. it died a few months ago I just now remember to get batteries for it assuming that it would start working just fine again but it's not working at all and I've tried the batteries and every single different direction

Great product!!!
We purchased this in 2017 for our 6 year old, but after having a baby a few months later, we did not try this until 2019 (just before our 8 year old turned 9). He had no interest in trying it, but was getting invited to sleepovers and didn’t want to be in a pull up for bed. It took two weeks to feel safe, but mission was accomplished around one week. He had his last accident on night 6 and has been golden since! Great product, but both parent/parents and child need to be invested. Highly recommend!

Works great but somewhat fragile
We have had great success using this alarm with one of our children, it potty trained him in less than 5 weeks. I would give it five stars, but it broke today, after having it less than 2 months, which was disappointing because we were going to use it with a 2nd child.

It works!!
My son has only had one accident since using this!! I dont know why he doesn't get up in the middle of the night, but this makes him jump right up LOL as soon as i hear it, I listen for him and his actions tickle me. He has made it to the toilet excluding one time when he started wondering around.Very simple and easy to use. Simply clip it near the private area on the underwear, make sure the wire is under the pajama shirt to prevent the cord wrapping around the childs neck. It will sound once it feels moisture.

Too many problems to recommend
I don't recommend this device. Like all wired devices, it's uncomfortable for the child (ours complained constantly, no matter what we tried to reposition) and risks having them get entangled. The alarm itself isn't sized well for a child's arm and wouldn't stay in place. But the biggest thing for us was not being able to silence the alarm once it went off. In theory you open the clip, which separates the metal contact points, and it stops. But sometimes it would continue to buzz despite no obvious material or liquid between the contacts. Then you're fighting with a loud alarm you can't silence (no volume control or power switch) while also dealing with a groggy child, wet sheets, and worry of waking other kids. We gave up from the frustration of dealing with it and switched to a different sensor and alarm type.
