The product is in a generic white tube with a label that was printed off someone’s computer and slapped on. Have no confidence of what is in here and won’t be using. It was Amazon prime so I assumed it could be returned but appears it can’t be.

I thought I would take a chance to try this product since it has more menthol in it don’t bother it does not work even near like the Biofreeze professional or even the regular Biofreeze in the green what a loss of money no returns on this product bummer.

No pain relief at all . Sorry couldn't even tell it was on . This is first time I write a bad review about a product that is listed on Amazon. But this is a product that belongs in a dollar tree store

This ointment works for about 20 minutes, and it smells not a bad smell just medicine. My complaint is that it wouldn't come out of the tube after removing the foil protective seal. I removed the lid because I was getting nothing out, and gave a good squeeze, and a quarter of the ointment shot out from a small slit in the side of the lid area. A waste of $$s in my opinion. The ointment as I said works for about 20 minutes but the product holder is a mess.
