Lovely cable
I bought this to replace the stock cable to for my IKKO OH10s. I got this one because I loved the flexibility it offers. Currently I have two portable Bluetooth amps that I use when I'm out and about walking. One of those amps is the Fiio BTR5 and the other is the ifi Go Blue. One has a 2.5 balanced out and the other has a 4.4 balanced out. I just hated having to change the cable. This is a wonderful solution. The cable is very nice. its got a soft feel to it. It doesn't tangle and doesn't have memory. The one draw back is that replacing the termination is a bit hard but that would be the only negative.

Actually worth it
I'll start with, I always use replacement cables of some sort, usually in the $20ish range, almost exclusively stock cables stink. My latest purchase, I wanted a nice cable to match, looked at several options, including the new Zeos cable which at the time or writing is cheaper, ear hooks didn't look comfortable to me, and the added length of the adapters wasn't appealing. This is by far the most I have ever spent on cables, and I think it might actually be worth it.The cable is beautiful, so soft and comfortable. The fittings and adapters look like high quality metal, but are must lighter than expected, and that is a good thing. The whole thing is light, and again..comfortable.

This is THE IEM cable
My favorite cable by far. It has zero memory, so it's nice and comfortable to wear any way you desire, the swappable terminations are excellent, and the connectors are shaped in such a way that they fit snugly into lightly recessed connectors such as on the Moondrop Variations. Is the price a bit steep for just a cable? Maybe, but think about what you're getting. You get a high quality, comfortable cable with swappable terminations and a low profile hard carrying case so you can easily pocket your IEMs for every day carry. Besides, if this one is too expensive for your blood, all of Kinera's other cables are excellent as well, so pick the one that matches your budget and you'll be good to go.

Bad QC
First time I tried changing the tip the connector end cover pulled away from the cable end. Cable is perfectly fine otherwise, but seems QC isn't great.

QC Issue
I mean it works but the end cover for the interchangeable ends pulled off like in D. Reign's review. When a major selling point is that the end in interchangeable it is disappointing.
