Im a african american female who wear wigs all the time and this Just what I needed. Instead of glue or sprays on these hot sweaty days . I even went in the gym pool with my wig on and it didn't budge. Perfect

I recommend this tape. The adhesive is strong enough to endure getting wet, as in swimming or hard exercise. The only nit is that if you do not replace the tape after 5-7 days or with nightly removal for a few days when the glue wears off, the tape is a bit hard to peel off without tearing - but this is a very minor issue.

Strongest hold tape I’ve found so far. I haven’t tried to swim with it yet I have worked up a sweat in the gym and it’s done a good job holding my wig in place. My only complaint is that it tends to stick to the inside of my wig when I take it off, is hard to remove and the hair tends to get caught. Otherwise, excellent product!

When used properly (on clean, dry skin), this adhesive is so bomb! I apply some Bold Hold Skin Protector by The Hair Diagram, let it dry and apply it directly to my skin (hairline). I noticed someone complaining about how it wouldn't stick to her wig cap and that's probably because it's not really meant to be used like that. I haven't tried it personally but what I can say is that it sticks to the lace just fine.Originally, adhesives were made to be applied on skin because they were mostly used to apply hair pieces/units to bald heads. Only recently have methods for non- bald folks been developed, which is what the owner of The Hair Diagram states any time she does an application demo and it definitely makes sense.This adhesive is so powerful, I can head bang, do cartwheels, get on a rollercoaster, probably stand under a waterfall and maybe even get in a fight! LOL What I'm saying is, it has staying power and it's sweat proof (IMO). I highly recommend using an actual adhesive remover or some type of oil to remove it. Please do NOT just yank it off if you want to keep your hair and skin! Trust me, I have the bald spot to prove it lol (I'm growing it back with monoxidil)I personally use the Goiple Lace Wig Remover Spray (Super Solvent) and it works like a charm when used as directed. It protects my baby hairs and the lace! I highly recommend this product the those who want a temporary hold ( a day or few days at a time).

This tape is awful. Sticks really well but in just a day or 2 turns into a sticky slimy gooey mess that is VERY DIFFICULT to remove from both scalp and system base. It’s so bad I question whether this is genuine Walker tape. Just awful.

I gave this 5 stars because it did exactly what I was hoping it'll do. Yeah if it hot outside your wig is more likely to smear the tape backwards, but in general, after melting the lace with other products, or head band, this is not coming off for a week+. And once you get your wig off, that tape FOR SURE ain't coming off easily. It'll melt off with some strong, oily product for wig glue or adhesive removal. Comes with a lot of strips. Hope this helps! I would buy again but next time the straight shaped tape.
