I needed replacement laces for a pair of Reebok Ex-O-Fit Hi Classics. My first order was placed on September 14, 2021. I ordered 2 pair of the length I needed (58"). One pair to use, and one pair as a spare. One of the pairs was 63" long and the other was 62.5" long. I tried to "make do" to avoid the hassle of a return, but there was just way too much shoelace. I ordered again on October 27, 2021. Although I needed laces that are 58" long, I ordered 56" lengths since the first two pair were so much longer than I ordered. The two pair came in at 55.5" and 58". So... out of two orders and four pair of laces, I got one pair that actually work for my needs. I'm not sure why they let you choose a custom length if they're incapable of supplying said length.

I am normally brutal with my reviews when something goes wrong with an order or if the item breaks. What makes the difference is how the merchant or seller handles things. This seller sticks out above all others in my opinion. If there is any problem, this seller will go the extra mile and then some to take care of things. C'mon people, this is 2017- who does that sort of thing??? The product is thick & sturdy, which I believe are better than the original laces.

As other reviewers have mentioned, the metal anglets don’t really work well. The screws fall out easily and honestly the fact you can’t EVER relace the shoes again stinks. The anglets are too wide to fit through the lace holes on my shoe, I’ll have to cut the shoelaces off or removethe anglets completely.The laces themselves are good, they were the length I wanted them to be and looked like the picture. Just a shame the anglets don’t really work.
