I purchased these ankle weights for the days when I am going to my morning run and not weightlifting. Plus I am a personal trainer and planning to use it for my clients who want to get more tone in gluteus. They are so comfortable, soft and material is smooth, the color is beautiful. They can be for wearing weights on the ankles or wrists (perfect for punches exercise). They are adjustable which is great because my wrists are small and these fit and can be tightened or loosened. They stay in place when I'm running and the exactly what I wanted and why I got this ankle weights. They definitely increase the intensity of my workouts and I see an improvement in muscle tone since I started using them. Excellent product and worth the price. I would like to get one more pair for my mom.

Amazing product. It has been a great addition to my workout routine. I use it as an ankle and wrist weights. It’s not too heavy and adds just enough resistance. Easy to adjust and it comes with the travel case as well.
