It definitely works. But, be careful. The estrogen (estradiol/ estriol) balance to progesterone must be 1 progesterone to 5 estrogen. If you use just this item, you could easily lose your monthly period cycles, which makes for many OTHER health issues. I used this and it was too strong for me, I missed the next month's period, had bad cramping (which I haven't had for 6 YEARS) and generally felt unhealthy until my next cycle came around.However, it did WORK. Lots of other symptoms I've experienced from perimenopause had alleviated within just a couple of days of using this product. I've now been using estrogen cream on my face, neck and lower stomach (just 3 total pea-sized amounts) for the past 4 months.My brain fog dissipated. Several times in the past year, I've actually researched "dementia", early signs, etc. It was BAD. Then, I realized what was happening to me hormonally. It was disturbing how I would just lose entire WORDS from my brain, or lose an entire thought sequence MID-SENTENCE. I would say ENTIRE other sentences out loud, thinking I said something else. However, perimenopause is a B---- and I'm going down this hormone journey again.So, again- this stuff works. But, it's POTENT. Be careful to balance with progesterone, as well. If you don't need this high dose, then a simple estrogen cream will substitute.On a simple estrogen cream, instead of this one, I didn't miss one period and did not need to use progesterone, as well. However, some of my brain fog has returned- not as strong.

Wow who knew all I needed was some estrogen? No muscle pain. Pelvic floor is better. It is easily applied. Nice lotion with a very mild scent.

I thought I would try this because I’m having some minor hot flashes in the middle of the night. I am going to be 61 soon, so, so far so good it seems to be working. At least there are no side effects that I’m detecting. It’s a nice moisturizer and I put about a nickel size amount on my whole face and neck. It doesn’t leave me oily or greasy and it’s gone by the next morning. I don’t know, I really like it but maybe check with your doctor before using it. Everyone’s estrogen needs are different. I haven’t used it very long and I’m about to get my hormones checked so when I do, I’ll know how much is getting absorbed.

This product has helped me since I quit HRT with night sweats, and hot flashes. I have reordered 3X now and it is working well for me. My sleep has also been better.

I’m a late bloomer. I didn’t start menopause until well into 55. I thought being a late bloomer might give might make menopause easy, NO! I had every horrible symptom on steroids. I counted up to 30 hot flashes a day. I couldn’t sleep because of them. I couldn’t function without being in a perpetual state of sweaty nauseating misery. I tried all the natural creams that did nothing. My doctor gave me a script for a pharmaceutical HRT that I didn’t want to take knowing it has brutal side effects. I purchased the cream as a last ditch effort with modest expectations. Within two months the hot flashes stopped, I started ovulating and now my period is back. Trying out many bottles of the products but it does not work! I lost a lot of hair from using the products from this company. It took me 6 months to recover from it.

Best estriol brand there is in my opinion. Goes on nice and smooth. Smells nice and I have definitely seen a change in my body. I totally want to buy all of their products! Especially the stronger ones.

Fantastic product but do not over do it.....I am using it on my face and applyling it 1 x week ONLYAs you read, in the Directions say "apply inner arms, thighs, chest or inner forearm. It doesnt say face.Be cautious about the throat/neck application since we do have the thyroid gland locationYETMost are using it on the face ....with good results....I suggest very little...on faceIf used as it was intended to use for hormonal therapy applying on body its how it was intended.But its done a good job for me in small amounts on the face...applying only 1 x week... THIS is a POSITIVE.I suggest you consult your MD- he might say NO because hormonal replacement is very expensive treatment THEY can do so..you get my drift ! Hormonal replacement is VERY expensive.But if you do have hormonal labs done & you need estrogen....this is a good treatment addressing your estrogen needs as well as aiding in epidermal plumpness.
