I like Jelly Belly black licorice but for the small amount you get for the price the price is expensive

Arrived Damaged, both packages
I just received my licorice jelly beans that I was going to put in my sons stocking b/c he loves their licorice jelly beans - and they can be hard to find. Both bags, the seams were completely split open. Now I am looking for a way to contact the company but so far haven't seen any type of contact info and they are non returnable. I have ordered them in the past without any problems but this is really disappointing. I will think twice next time.
