Had a bad infestation of roaches in my apartment, the complex apparently does not care enough to check in to the source as my apartment had 0 food crumbs and kept clean daily. These little things kept appearing EVERYWHERE! I would get a glass of water at night and see about 20 of them out and about, on walls, floors, ceiling, pantry, drawers, etc.. i would spray with my poison, nothing, the apartments tried their poison, nothing. I was skeptical about this product working because these usually are a hit or miss, usually a miss, but i went for this one.. it comes in a pack of 2 which is great! after 2 days of having it plugged in, it makes an audible ticking noise, but i kept it plugged in continuously per the instructions. Im roughly about 2 and a half weeks in to having them, the roaches lessened in about a week and a half! Now i dont see any, maybe 1 or 2 here and there, but overall, i think its working? Maybe its the poison? Regardless, they havent been around much and im pleased!

I'm not sure how much this actually works. I've been using it for over a month. Sometimes I don't see/hear any pests. Other times you do. It seems to work 60% of the time 🤷🏻‍♀️. Yesterday there were a ton of stink bugs in my living room. Today I haven't seen any

I ordered 4 or the 2 pack units. One was making a buzzing sound after a week of service. Other that that one not working right the other 7 in my 2k sq ft house I see a huge difference after 4 weeks of being used. Less spiders and mice. I battle mice due to living in the woods but these thing do make a difference. After 1-2 weeks I did see increase in bug activity but it’s definitely been effective this past week and recommended for people who battle pest from living in the country and having inside animal!!!

2 in a box. One is silent. The other one has a little buzzing sound. I don't have any pest problem at this time, so I don't know if it works. However, I am anticipating the summer months ahead when I open up Windows and everything.

I have had a roach problem the last few months, I hate the smell of bug spray & have two dogs so I don’t care to use them in my apartment anyways. In truth i’ve seen far less roaches but not going to lie i’ve still seen 3-5 a day in my kitchen, despite running trash out & doing my dishes, they will still come. Maybe time will help but so far I have only seen somewhat of any change.

I was totally skeptical of this but decided to give it a try out of desperation. My kitchen had frequent deer mice visiting and short of putting everything in glass containers, I was out of ideas. I received it and made sure to read the instructions "This works by making a high pitched noise that the mouse can't stand". It doesn't do anything but that. The first night we had the usual visitors but they didn't do as much damage as normal. By the end of the week, there were no signs of them anywhere in the house. I was the process of replacing the floor, so it was easy to detect when they were around. It's been a year or so since I installed these and I have yet to find another mice dropping anywhere in my entire place. 10/10, I'm convinced!

I bought 4 of these and one of them emits this loud ringing sound! I have to remove it from the wall outlet and keep re-seating it for the noise to go away. I have it plugged directly into the wall outlet, and nothing is blocking it. It isn't plugged into any nearby electronic devices either. All the other 3 units are working fine. This one is very audible with a high pitch ringing that you can hear in the next room! I tried plugging it into 3 other locations, but it still makes that loud noise. I even swapped it out with one of the other ones, but it still does it. I've only had these for 2 days so I can't say if they are working to get rid of my bug problem. I will update in 3 or 4 weeks because the instructions said to give the units time to work. The units aren't that big, so they don't look intrusive or unsightly. They have a very soft blue glow that doesn't bother me, and they are barely noticeable.

I read the reviews and was excited. So I first two, plugged it up then left for work for 2 weeks. While I was gone I kept reading these reviews and ordered 2 more. So when I got home I could plug them In the other rooms.Unfortunately when I got home. Where I put the units one in the bathroom the other in the kitchen. Was infested. On the floor on the counter. In the bathroom in the sink on the walls.I’m a very clean person, who lives in a 2bd 1 bath apartment. The apartments have roach issue and I was hoping this could help my unit but to come home and see what I saw left me with no words of positivityUpdate: customer service really looked out for me. Yo lo conecté en mi cuarto y sigue habiendo mosquitos en las noches... de otros insectos o roedores desconozco si funciona...

Me gusto que tiene luz de noche y después de varios días si se nota la disminución de bichos en la recámara donde se pone

Considering the account and shipping address are both in Australia, it would’ve been helpful to know that item only comes with US plug.Now I have to purchase adaptors to be able to use!!
