Buzzing sound while recording

I used this microphone to record a video with IPhone 7. Although the voice was clear and other noises in the shooting area were reduced but there was another noise in the background similar to the sound of a plastic bag. Not sure what is the right word in English but the noise could not be eliminated.

The quality of the audio was good but there is a hissing sound with the re order audio.

I attend and give a number of lectures as part of my work. Nowadays post covid, we are required to record our lectures for reference later so was looking for an easier system than having to carry a wired mic and then connect to laptop for recording. This is perfect as it connects to my iPhone and all I do is just speak in the mic and voice recorder does the rest. The sound quality is crisp and significantly better than doing a direct voice recorder using phones built in mic. The external sounds are minimised a great deal and helps keeping the audience engaged throughout the lecture.For the price, this is a great device. And lastly the size is compact which makes it easy to carry for me. I simply slip it in my bag and carry it everywhere.

I like the things because i am using first time, I bought the single mic, connects easily with iphon, and the most important thing to know that if you are going to run a channel or anchor then buy two mics one, that will be very easy to for questions and answers with public, price is slightly high but quality and clarity is perfect, recommended

First of all I didn't expect too much, after all they are $30 AUD delivered. But based on the reviews around these I'd have expected at least some clear audio. Now I didn't expect this to compare to Rode Go Wireless by any stretch of the imagination. But when you get a ear full of hissing. Forget about it. Straight back to Amazon for a refund.I even tried the noise cancelling, but then it just sounded terrible. The phones internal microphone was on par or better.So, great for those that may have received a shmick working set. But alas, mine wasn't worth the effort of swiping buy and trying.I gave 2 stars because with NC on the hissing disappeared. But still crappy sound.

I bought this as an inexpensive way to record an interview, it worked great with my iPhone and voice recorder app. Sound quality is excellent, with the two mikes both parties can be clearly heard. It is very much plug and play - connect the dongle to your phone and off you go. The other thing I really liked was the neat hard shell carry case. Build quality was good.Negatives:-no documentation of any kind! You have to figure out what the buttons do by trial and error. No model name or number apparent.- It seems to be lightning only as that is the connector on the dongle. I could not figure out how to get it to work with a computer using USB or bluetooth. This would also mean it would not work with a USB only iPad Pro. If this is possible I would like to know!

One of the microphones was defective, very quiet and lots of static. Tried on phone and multiple laptops, all the same result. So I have returned.The microphone that did work was ok, with reasonable volume, but there was still a bit of noise (NOT room noise) which would have required editing.Also, although it comes with 2 microphones, the receiver down-mixes to a single channel, so can't capture an interview on separate tracks.I did really like the charging/storage box, which seemed well made.Might still be a good option for some people.
