Did not come with the "kit". Just panel. No tie downs or fittings.
Did not come with anything but the panel. I don't even know what the other parts are supposed to be, but they are not included.

It works.
East assembly. Using on above ground pool. I made a stand to support it out of 2x4’s. Worked instantly
