Best Version of B1
Being fat soluble, this is the best form of B1. Better for your eyes and nervous system. The value isn't bad for how many servings you get but it's a pain to use. The resealable bag is worthless - you really need to put it in a bottle. The best thing to do is buy capsules and fill them with this powder. You can mix it into any drink. The directions say to measure it but do it once and gauge the rest so you don't have to measure it every time.

Size 00 capsules hold 500mg of this powder
I used my capsule machine to turn these into capsules. The unpacked (didn't use the tamper tool) weight of these is 500mg (minus the weight of the capsule.) I take benfotiamine to help with aging, to reduce the impact of sugar or carbs, and to hopefully help reduce the amount of AGEs (advanced glycation end products) I have in my body, or get from my food. Benfotiamine is the fat soluble version of Thiamine, so you'll want to take this with a meal that contains fat.
