I had to repot my spider plant and in the process discovered that it was actually like 7 plants all crammed into one pot. Now I have 7 spider plants, three of which are living in these cute hanging pots from my ceiling where the cats can't get to them. These pots are very lightweight, but sturdy. I actually dropped one and tripped over it before I hung it up and it didn't break, chip, or bend. The chains are pretty, and haven't rusted or anything so far. I like the water reservoir area at the bottom as well because I can either water through that or use it to judge and see if the plants need more water.

I was so excited when I got my notification that Amazon had delivered these planters; but, I was shocked at how small the delivery box was. I figured that I ordered the wrong thing. I didn't.The outer edge to edge measurement is 8⅛" across (aka 8.125"), not 8.3". The inner measurement is 7⅞". Not a huge difference, but enough that these planters look tiny in comparison to my other pots. The pots are not very deep, either - 3⅞". Deep-rooted plants will quickly outgrow these pots. I'm thinking that I wish I had "string of pearls" instead of Pothos and Philodendron to pot up. We'll see how it goes.Another issue is that the side port to put water into the reservoir is very shallow. If there is a such thing as a micro watering can, then that's what would be needed. With mine, I can't tell if water is coming out of the spout. If I can see the spout, then the water is pouring onto the floor. I'm going to look for a smaller watering can just for these pots.Finally, on the plus side, these pots do look good! The colors complement each other and the plants in them very well. The chains are short, 14", but they are appropriate for this size planter. It's fairly easy to get the clips on and the s-hook is sturdy enough to support the weight of soil, plant and water.I'd buy these again knowing what I now know, but these pots are not for deep-rooted, big or heavy plants.

These hanging planters are perfect for small to medium plants that love to hang in front of windows. Super lightweight, drainage hole and basin bottom to capture excess water from the soil. The chains are easy to install and use on ceiling hooks. My plants are thriving in their new holders hanging in front of my windows. Good value and affordable.

I will be ordering more of these as the really look good and durable. My plants are growing which says a lot.

My husband built me a greenhouse with several hanging plant hooks. These are the perfect size and I love the water catching system so I am not waking around puddles on watering days. The colors are a nice neutral tone. The hook lengths are easily customizable. I will buy again should I need additional hanging baskets.

I was hesitant to order bc of other reviews mentioning missing pieces and thought I got lucky. However, I am missing one chain of nine total. There’s 3 on each pot and unfortunately it can’t hang with only 2. Luckily I had an extra macrame hanger so I could still use the pot but not the chains. I’m too lazy to reach out to customer service and ask for another one. 🤷🏽‍♀️ so hopefully you’ll get all the chains! Besides that the pots are nice and could be used for indoor or outdoor.

Super happy with these, the colours are beautiful, chains are easy to attach. Look great hanging!
