If there were negative stars I would give them. This is not a reputable company.Update 2: The promised follow-up by Barnwood to address my issue has not occurred. It is now almost 4 weeks since I heard from Barnwood.Update: Barnwood reached out to me and offered to rectify the problem. That is the last I heard from them -- all talk and no action.The item was specified as 18 inches wide, but is only 15 inches wide. I still have to hang it to see if it will work as a frame for hanging pots and how important the difference in width would be. I think this variance is significant from the perspective of delivering the product as specified.

Realized when purchased that this was deemed "rustic." However, in this case, "rustic" meant wood of such inferior quality as to be difficult to handle without garden gloves. By this I mean that there are huge longitudinal pieces (splinters) of wood running all over this ladder. Since I've just received it, I've not had the chance to spend what will be hours and hours to sand down these large splinters. This is especially important in my case, as I intend to use it to showcase fiber art pieces to sell online. That aside, just beware of the splinter quality of the wood.

This ladder was exactly what I was looking for! I wanted to add some extra light to our living room without trying to coordinate a new lamp into the mix. Threw some globe string lights on it and voila! It's very sturdy, well made and arrived quickly.

LOVE this ladder!!! It is rustic and has some splinters but that's exactly the point. Perfect for my family room!!

This is super cute but not practical to actually put blankets on. This is a hot mess of splinters and shards of wood. You can't actually put usable blankets on it because they get caught in all the rough wood hanging off each post. You can buy this ONLY for decoration and do not plan on putting anything on this that you'll plan on moving. Photos attached.

Shipping was subpar. Box arrives with a rip on an end,poorly taped and reinforced, and the tape was loose as if the curriers carried it by the tape or something. Ladder was attractive, rustic, real wood, and very farmhouse looking: however, there were pieces broken off that were beyond "rustic" but rather more error. Additionally, the wood is not smooth, which is expected for reclaimed wood, but I tried two different blankets and both got caught and would have easily been snagged if I had not been extremely careful. The snagging aspect made this product not practical for every day use of displayed blankets.

Way too rustic for an indoor furniture piece. Besides exposed splinters, it had insect residue on it!! Gross!!Ultimately, I returned this immediately.

I gave this product a 4 not a 5 because the ladder had splinters and it was dirty like it had just been made. Im not saying its a bad ladder, its thick and sturdy but the cleanliness was not there. If you dont care to take some sanding paper to it then its not a problem. I love the fact that its pretty long and not short where it looks awkward. Went very well with my decor
