Bag is roomy and lovely, but the shoulder strap is poorly designed. Makes it challenge to make this my every-day bag.Editing and changing my score - I gave the bag light use because of the shoulder strap - after using only a few times, I found the shoulder bag had cracked and worn. It is no longer presentable. I came here to contact the seller and find it is no longer sold here. So I can't even ask the manufacturer to stand by their product.
