This is not the endā¦..
The back and forth in this book is gut wrenching, irritating, nerve wrackingā¦.if that doesnāt tell you all you need to know about how good it is, read and find out for yourself. The burn in this book is so slow that weāll all be frustrated for the rest of our lives!!!!

Was I just murdered? I believe I was!
I'm pretty sure Mrs. Leia Stone just murdered my heart in cold blood. SO Thanks for thatā¦no really thanks, it was awesome!I swear every book by Leia gets better and better. I really hope we donāt have to wait long for the next book because that cliffhanger was brutal. There were some very unique aspects to this story and the world-building was excellent! So what we have here is an epic and tragic love story.Brayden is the king of the gray wolves. He was overthrown by the Fae Lords. His siblings and their wives were taken prisoner, forced to have their magic siphoned to power their captors. He was cursed to find his reincarnated wife and soulmate every year by her 20th birthday only to watch her die by her 21st. OVER AND OVER again. But it gets worse! He also is forced to fight every single year to keep his pack or to lose them to the demented douchebag wolf Silas. Last year was the first time he lost thus losing his pack. So now his siblings are imprisoned and his pack was taken and to top off the pile of crap his soulmate seems to have stopped reincarnating. Things canāt get worse for this poor tall, tatted, double doctor. UNTIL he meets Averley. Heās almost convinced his soulmate has finally come back to him but there is one hitch, she doesnāt remember him and she ALWAYS remembers him.Poor Averly is she or isnāt she is the theme of this book. The love story is a very slow burn as we wait to see if Averly is his mate or her sister. Because Brayden is completely faithful to his wife. There is a mighty attraction between the two but until he's sure it's really her he won't let things get too far.I enjoyed this book so much it was a really quick read so Iām guessing itās a pretty short book. ( I read the ebook format.) I guess that would be my only complaint, I WANT MORE. But I will be a good girl and wait patientlyā¦mostly patiently at least.

oh geezā¦
Cue eye roll if youāre too old for drama.I read this and thought this was Stoneās earlier works. And I love Stoneās trilogy with the dating-competition in Wolf City. But no, this came out a few days ago.Itās very fast, very blunt, and very āOkay so this is whatās happening and that and this. Now hereās the rest in slower detail!ā Brayden isnāt my cup of tea. They all seem terribly young, and the pacing is too fast to convince me that the dudeās older than Edward Cullen and that Avey is right to choose bartending over a dream she constantly envies Brayden for when he talks about work. Like dude⦠not anywhere in this book do you struggle for money. The bar still stands without you and your little shorts.I struggled. Too many drama details that didnāt add to the story or her wolf journey. The whole hook is whether or not sheās Lena, and while I was intrigued at the thought of her NOT being Lena and them choosing each other in spite of that, I also got irritated quickly. Mainly because a close person to Avey could also be Lena and it just lead to a lot of predictable drama. I rolled my eyes so hard they entered another realm. The end makes me want to hit something. Avey talks big and has a huge temper but when she succumbs so easily to heartache and insecurities where Braydenās concerned, it makes me think sheās more of a brat than a woman to be reckoned with. Like damn it, own up to your actions and stick to them! Braydenās done so many ānot you, LENAā things that this sudden flippity flop just pisses me off, if anything. Cut the dude off or piss on him.If the next book is out right now, Iāll read it. Otherwise I just may wait until theyāre all out before I pick this up again. I canāt stand the drama and the predictable lying or the āoh I didnāt realize what I was seeing!ā And donāt get me started on the excuse that Braydenās just confused about being faithful to Lena even though he wants to bone Avey! And there go my eyes.

Wow. Amazing book.
This is a great story. I would have given it 5 stars except there are some typos and I assume the author git mixed up and accidentally used the wrong name once or twice because otherwise the entire story doesn't make sense. The wrong word was used once or twice but this was probably another typo because it's similar in spelling to a word that would work given the context and often used phrases.

Amazing love triangle
Ok, I love Averly and was a bit let down at the ending, not going to lie. It didn't turn out the way I thoughtfully it would. However, I know how authors like to get in our heads and mess with us. After all it's a book and anything can happen in a book. I don't quite understand Averly fascination with bartending. I would have gladly quit because I am sure with as old as Braydon is he & his family are loaded. Plus he's a doctor & veterinarian. And I sure would have jumped at the chance to apprentice without schooling. I think some people learn better when they are hands on. Ok here are the mistakes Averly makes though: never follow a blood trail into the woods & never get in between wolves fighting. She is lucky to be alive! No common sense. She's probably a fierce warrior. No surprise that he best friend gets bit too after searching for her. Worst part neither knows which one of then is Braydon's reincarnated mate. This begins a love triangle that will leave you begging for the answer by the end of the book. Good news is you do find out. There are also fae in this book & most are arrogant bullies. So basically that's typical fae. I am dying to know what happens to Avery next. Especially since she's so powerful.

READ IT!!!!!! That is all! š
letās forget a bit about life for a little while yeah. And this is a great book to do that with. When I say this book dives right inā¦I mean. Right. In. So if you ask me are we diving straight into the deep end? Heck yeah you are! Now, this was a book I was really dang curious about. There was a certain amount of mystery surrounding it, and the info given made me hella curiousā¦and this story definitely didnāt disappoint. I thoroughly enjoyed so much about this story. First off, I love shifter books and add in reincarnated mates and the intensity and drama around the developing storyā¦it had me investing myself quite quicklyā¦which left me feeling all the feels. Iām kinda still spinning after all that. That ending. Daaaang. You know how to rip out our hearts and leave us craving and demanding more. I canāt believe thatās how you left it. You did not just do that. Maam Iām gonna need more stat. Not only did a certain someone get a thought, but then Averly just had to go and jump in front of the equivalent to a firing squad. I couldnāt help but flashback to Hunger Games. Donāt worry itāll make sense when you get there. Youāll know. And probably be just as gutted as I was.Iām certain you are just sitting behind your computer with a maniac grin on your face, as you think up the most devious ways to mess with our heads. Itās true isnāt it lol? You probably live on all the emotions you put us through. Itās a good thing I love being tortured like thisā¦it sounds crazy but as book-lovers we understand this feeling well. We have a fantastic love-hate relationship with it. Itās totally normal. šLetās try and dive into a little about the book. Iām going to try and keep it simple as the blurb doesnāt delve too far in. We have Averly heading home from a late shift at work and on her way she finds a blood trailā¦and follows it into the woods after hearing a whine. Maybe not the smartest thing but our girl has such a soft caring heart. When she finds an injured wolf, she of course needs to try and help it butā¦things go sideways fast and she finds herself right in the middle of a fight between wolves. A strange feeling wells inside Averly when the other wolves try and attack her new wolf friendā¦and obvi she tries fighting backā¦her wolf friend may have just saved her lifeā¦but when she wakes up the next day after her night time extracurricular activitiesā¦she finds a bite on her arm and a fever that is crashing over her. Surely itās just rabiesā¦No need to panic. Now she seems to have found herself a stalker, a really dang sexy one, with blue eyesā¦but a stalker nonetheless, I guess. Semantics though lol.Depending on how you look at itā¦she finds herself blacking out and waking up in his armsā¦I call that a sorta win hahaā¦but others that are more normal might be like creeeepy but thatās on them lol. š¤·š»āāļø But then she gets some world altering newsā¦she is in fact, not dying but a newly turning wolfā¦and heās her Alpha. If that wasnāt enough to shock her to the boots, she may also be his reincarnated mateā¦or notā¦heās not quite sure, but sheās definitely someone specialā¦thatās for sure. But if she is in fact his soulmate, she may just have a death dateā¦and itās not long before she reaches it.I think Iām going to leave it there. But just know there is so much more to this story than what I have shared. This is a book full of so much and will take you to all the places. Things are constantly happening and the story depth slowly just keeps unwinding perfectly. You wonāt regret this read. I loved so much about this book. I will admit, this story is borderlining on a love triangle (usually Iām not a fan of that direction) but Leia handles this quite well. I did get a teensy bit frustrated because I was like dude itās obvious thereās a stronger connection between a certain twoā¦but then, our mister Brayden just wants to be a true gentleman and doesnāt want to betray Lena (his reincarnated mate)ā¦and I can respect that since heās not leading them on, so that helpedā¦but I was still like Gah! Stop. I canāt live like this. Two best friends or more accurately sisters, building romantic connections to himā¦and it was just hurting my heart. I know that when they find their other half it should resolve. But until then Iām going to keep obsessing over it.This is a great new world to get lost in and I definitely recommend Itāll honestly get you hooked and wanting more. I canāt wait to see more of these characters. And I definitely canāt wait for a certain two girls to give that douchebucket Alpha a piece of their mindā¦and annoy and mess with his plans so much that he totally regrets all the decisions he ever made in his life.Annnnyways, thanks as always to the amazing Leia Stone for always providing a perfect escape that just surrounds you. I canāt wait to see where you go with this series. If you guys love Urban Fantasy shifter, soul mate reads youāll adore this new upcoming series. It has it all.Happy reading

Soul mates with a twist
So this story was really interesting, there was an element of fated/soul mates but with a great twist. This book felt quite slow to start, and we get a lot of telling which speeds up the story but I felt that we missed out on getting the know the characters and world better.Averly was young (19), but she seemed fairly switched on and didn't come across as too young, but she did get a bit whiny when we get a potential love triangle, she really showed her age at that point and it felt a little 'high school'.I loved Maddy's character, I think she was actually my favourite. She was funny, sassy and brave. Brayden felt too sweet and perfect at times, but was a gentleman and truly loved his soul mate and was determined to fight the Fae Lords to get his kingdom and siblings back. This book does end on a cliffhanger.- wolf shifters- royalty- fated mates- soul mates
