Getting in and out the shower/bath can put a lot of people at risk with the surfaces being wet and slippery, it is the most likely time an accident will happen and could cause some serious harm. This is a fantastic way to add some stability and security to people getting in and out of the shower/bath without damaging your walls in the process.This is super easy to install, make sure you take time with the installation, ensure your walls are clean and dried thoroughly before adhering and then try to leave it 24hours to ensure a strong connection before applying weight to it.This works fantastically and I have had no issues with it coming off or even feeling loose.

This works as you'd expect. It's a suction device where at each end there are two discs which cling to a smooth, clean surface and provide a tension that helps the long bar to stay fixed. It is not something to put your whole weight onto, but should only be used as a stabilising device when you have something else to hold onto in case you fall. If you need a rail to hold onto to pull yourself up, get one that screws in for safety. That said, it is useful to have and the long handle with a rubberised grip does provide a good hold. It's very easy to put on and take off and if your surfaces are clean when you apply it, the hold is good. I always test it before I rely on the hold though, just in case, as the suction does loosen over time.

The adhesion provided by this handle was really surprising - it gripped like a limpet once it had been properly applied. I found, when I first applied it, that I had positioned it about a foot too high so I had to take it off and reposition it. Getting it off was pretty difficult (I had to release the clamps then pull on the white tabs and get my nails underneath to work the suction pads loose), so that's fairly reassuring that it won't come undone by accident.It does its job of steadying me when I get out of the bath absolutely perfectly. as the instructions repeatedly say, you shouldn't put your full weight onto it or you could do yourself a mischief, but I've found that the reassurance that this gives is just about right for me. It isn't the world's most attractive bathroom furniture, but it isn't horrible to look at and if it saves me from a fall, then it is well worth having in place.Strongly recommend this handle if you need something to hold onto when getting in or out of a bath / shower.​

This is a single rail that I have used for the shower in our bathroom. We do have a tiled wall and so the positioning had to be done carefully so that the suction pads fitted between the tiles and not over the joins.The rail is a nice size and has good suction. The suction cups have a protective cover that needs to be removed. Once done you realise that the cups are also sticky not gluey sticky but tacky. THs is ideal for getting the positioning right before you fix it. Once fixed, I was surprised at how firm this was.I like this, easy to use and makes a good support for the shower. The suction cups are a good size and this could be an issue if you gave smaller tiles.I received a single rail and not the L or U-shaped one as shown in the product image.
