I ordered an 8" mattress... what I got is barely 5.5". There's a spot where a tag used to be where someone has cut/torn it off. Does not fit the product description in any way other than color and it being a Full sized mattress. I had to purchase a separate mattress topper just to make it comfortable.

I am very happy I got the thicker mattress so comfortable and I have a bad back. Purchased for when i have company and watch TV in the Den.

It shipped fast and fits what we needed but there is a very strong chemical smell that is almost eye watering. It definitely needs to be aired out for multiple days before use. But that aside its a pretty good bang for your buck.

Arrived, unpacked and laid it out. Nice initially, but after a few days seemed to really flatten out where we usually sat. I thought the price was too good, especially delivered. It is ok, but not if you want to sit on it.

Mattress arrives quickly and looks good, but it didn’t fully expand to 8” and isn’t as comfy as it should be for the cost.

Pretty comfy, I’ve taken a couple naps on it. Have not had a guest sleep overnight yet to test it. Got here quickly and is as expected, it needed to air out a little before I put an allergy cover on it and new futon cover- I got a different cover than the black, but I left the black on beneath the allergy cover.

I have slept on this mattress for almost 6 months. It never expanded to the advertised 8" height. I could feel the frame under the futon, so I added a 4" REAL memory foam mattress on top. It still bottoms out in the center of the bed. I didn't have much money to spend, so I took a chance on this one. It would probably be fine for someone younger without the aches and pains of a 65+ body. I'd have to tear the mattress apart to see if the inside has real memory foam, because it certainly didn't feel like it. That said, it wasn't expensive as futons go, so I got what I paid for.
