Great purchase & nice price point!
These were a recent gift for my boyfriend who is an avid rock climber. We preferred this alternative over a larger hangboard due to the fact that you can easily take these with you & they’re a little easier to manage. The different depths on either side is an awesome feature & the wood itself is good quality. Definitely worth the price point especially once you shop around and see the more expensive options that are out there. The finger holds are diverse and really allow a good variation for hands and this was the reason I decided to go with this brand/model over others on the market working out great so far!

Great versatile ninja ring
As part of our basement ninja set up, this was a great choice. Very well made and suits a nice natural aesthetic with the wood tones. Our boys are ninja athletes and this has many varieties of finger grips to practice, and is often used just as a ring to move from one to the next. The rope that came with them was easy to manipulate into shorter or longer segments based on the heights of my boys. Also easy to take with us to hang from tree branches or other set ups.

Good idea for the majority
It’s a good design to maximize options turning the sides. The rope pieces come with them, the proper size to fit in the slits. I think that one day I’ll get good use out of them. However I have huge hands. I thought I’d be able to use them like wooden rings until my finger strength returns. My hands are too large to fit anywhere to have a “jug hold”.It’s not ideal for me. But similar issue to trying to find a wedding band at a normal jewelry store. We went to every one in a metro area and nobody had anything to fit giant hands. There 20+ sizes of shoes for people with big feet, but zero options for big hands. No dog grooming shears, no keyboards that actually have larger keys and spacing. So no great these don’t fit me either.

Great hangboard for finger strength
I bought this hangboard to improve my finger strength for rock climbing and I'm very happy with it. It's easy to install, sturdy and has a variety of holds to challenge different levels of climbers. I like that it comes with a training guide that shows you how to do different exercises and routines. It's also handy to train at home when I can't go to the gym or the crag.Pros: Easy to install, sturdy, variety of holdsCons: None

Pretty good for what they are
You see these sort of things hanging in a lot of climbing gyms -- they're basically a rock climber's take on gymnastics rings.Like all the better examples of this sort of thing, they've got a few different depths roughed in. I saw one review for these complaining about how they might not be exact measurements; that's probably true, but who cares? These are for training your fingers on different grips, and for that they work pretty well. One thing I saw on these that you normally don't see is the little notch at each of the vertices; it's not enough to grab the cord, or anything, but it's enough that it prevents a light bump from spinning the ring, which is good.I took one star off because the cord it comes with doesn't seem to be a proper gemini cord (with the kevlar core, like you'd use for your outdoor tech); I'm pretty sure it's just a little length of light nylon cord (I didn't cut into it to make sure, but it the ends look like they were sliced straight through with a hot knife). That's not necessarily problematic, but depending on how you hang it (say, from one of those coeur hanger bolts, like I'm planning to use) you might see it fray eventually.

Good product
Great way to scale up to traditional hangboarding. If you find that hangboard are still a little too difficult, then these are a great way to work up to that level. I’ve got them hanging from my basement ceiling from a length of old climbing rope and do TRX style workouts with these as my handles. Simulates the fatigue on fingers and forearms really well. The product itself came with no quality or workmanship issues. Very happy with that. The lengths of cord they come with are junk. They quality of the cord is poor (considering you’re trusting it with your body weight) and the length is too short to be of much use. Mine desheathed almost immediately.Get your own cord that you can trust and you’ll be very happy with these.

Good variety of different grips/holes for training grip
Whether you're an avid climber who wants to up your game, or a total newbie who wants to get to grips (get it?...) with the mechanics, feel and finger/grip strength before doing the real deal, then these pull up fingerboards/grip accessories/handle attachments are super quick and easy to install and remove, feel comfortable while using, and don't break the bank. Each grip/fingerboard weighs roughly 300g and can support up to a claimed 300kg/661lbs; there are 1, 2, 3 and 4-finger holes/grips, with the 3/4-finger grips having depths of 10mm, 15mm, 20mm and 25mm, all in all giving you a good variety of different grips to practise and train all via these portable and lightweight attachments.

Lots of options and strong
Getting back into climbing, I wanted something for training at home. They are strong and a nice material. There are multiple options to progress through and train using. They're small enough to put in my gym bag and use during workouts too.If you want to improve your grip strength for climbing or in general, these are a great buy

Strength builder
Having always been keen on improving my climbing skills, I found this finger strengthener to be quite the useful addition to my training regimen. The double-sided, non-slip design ensures a secure grip, allowing me to focus on building strength and endurance. It's portable, so I can easily take it with me to the gym or use it at home. I've noticed a significant improvement in my pull-up grip strength and overall climbing performance. A word of advice: start with a moderate intensity and gradually increase it to avoid straining your fingers. Happy climbing!

Great little things for training
These finger boards are brilliant for the price. I have a £70 beastmaker and they definitely are pretty much identical in what they do.Yes, with these you tend to swing a bit but that can surely only improve your training as nobody climbs like a stationary robot. All in all great value for money.
