ZippoReaper Surfer Design Street Chrome Pocket Lighter

I am actually very disappointed with this zippo! I have never been disappointed by zippo before this. But this design does not look like the picture they showed when I bought it. You can barely see the design at all! Its not black like its suppose to be, or like it was in the picture!! It is a transparent design slapped onto a chrome lighter! It is a beautiful design if it could be seen properly or if It was like the picture advertised! But it isn't! You have to have the light hit it just right to even see it! And this was suppose to be a special Christmas gift for someone! So I am very very disappointed all the way around with this zippo!! Absolutely not worth the money spent at all!! If I could give NO STARS I would've! Its sad because zippo has always been a great brand with unique designs!! Not this time! This is a complete waste!!!

I've been a collector of Zippo Lighters for quite a while now and have amassed a decent collection I think. The majority of the ones I buy and collect never get used and I keep them untouched in their boxes for posterity.But, occasionally I come across one like this skull with brain Zippo lighter that I just can't resist the temptation to use it right away because it's so cool to me. And this one fit that bill instantly.Because I just love the design of it and how when you open it you get to see a piece of the brain inside the skull. That's just pretty rare in my opinion to have a Zippo with that design in it. Meaning where a piece of the design is on the inside of the lid.And, really, I just like how shiny and pretty that I think this lighter looks. The lid snaps shut all that way but maybe because of the brain it does come back up sometimes just a tad. But i don't view that as a defect at all and it's an easy fix and I'm just very pleased with my purchase of this lighter.I like the dark and macabre in art and movies but I still normally wouldn't purchase a skull 💀 lighter, t-shirt, hat or anything like that, just not my style. But I'm glad i made an exception with this Zippo because I really think it's rad looking. Well, and to me it has the added ironic benefit of using a skull lighter to smoke with, hahaha. You know, since smoking is so deadly, what better lighter design for that perilous activity I partake in than a skull, hahaha. Maybe it will remind of the peril and get me to quit smoking again. Probably not, but it could happen, hehe.So, in conclusion, I think if you're a Zippo fan or full blown nutty collector like me and if you're a fan of skulls and brains, well, this is the perfect choice of Zippo lighter to buy in my opinion. Plus, an added benefit I can imagine would be that this lighter would be a great conversation starter as well and catch people's attention if you're into that sort of thing.In the end, though, I've just never purchased a Zippo lighter that I didn't absolutely love and this design is no exception to the habitual high quality that I believe the Zippo company has always offered.

I've purchased 3 Armor Series Deep Cut 360 lighters in the past and was pleased. I just received my 29268 Armor Steampunk. I was excited to get this special lighter and liked the fact that it comes with a brass insert, like it shows in the advertisement and in the video!! BUT LOW AND BEHOLD, IT CAME WITH NO BRASS INSERT!! JUST THE PLAIN CHROME INSERT!!! I don't want to send it back because I may not be able to get this lighter again, with ZIPPO being known to not send their customers the right design that they order, but as much as I paid for this lighter, they need to send me the correct brass insert!!

Received product today and was very excited but then also very disappointed of what I’ve received. Photos will tell. Will never buy a Zippo from here again.

Mine came with serious quality control issues compared to others on here. Its hard to even make out the zippo information on the button because the finish is all smudged and it makes the letters look smudged.I want to like this zippo but I can't get behind it at this price point especially with the issues. Now if the finish were better and it actually had a stronger hinge and were sold closer to 40 bucks then sure.

I really wanted to give my man something he would love. We do king and queen everything and he loves his zippo, so I searched for the perfect one for a long time. This one came in and looked great but within a week the skull came off and the zippo wasn't closing properly. My man thinks its not a real Zippo due to the poor quality. I plan to glue the skull back on. And it still lights, so that's good. But definitely not what I would expect for a $50 lighter.

Was a little skeptical to order this after reading some of the reviews, but was pleasantly surprised when I opened.Looks exactly like the picture, and the picture you see with this review is after carrying it in my pocket with my keys for over a month now. Not a scratch!

If you want a decent zippo, do not buy the printed and stuck on designs, I purchased a more expensive but engraved antique brass steampunk, so so much more sturdy and better value, this is rubbish I might as well have bought a plain silver one. I feel like just removing the sticker, because it looks crap now with bits missing. Do not buy!

The pictures and videos you will find on this Zippo Steam Punk lighter do do it justice but nothing can prepare you for owning and handling this thing of beauty. I smoke and have owned and used a single zippo armor for the last decade faultlessly, all day every day. This will not go on a shelf, it will be in my pocket and used every single day, always. If you have second thoughts on price to what it is ratio, don't. The day you recieve it you will understand you made the right choice buying this.

Yes, I like it. I bought it as a 'collector', not as a smoker.The lines feel quite rotary tool made, and don't in my opinion resemble a hand gravure. If you are happy with this then it is okay.Bear in mind, if you're a smoke and store it in your pocket then the finish will wear off in a month or two.

This was seriously dissappointing.. bought this as an anniversary gift for my partner who loves skulls. As you can see from the pictures the skull may as well be playing hide and seek for all you can see of it. It actually just looked smudged and dirty and came to us smudged too. This is horrible quality for a product costing over £50. Have decided to return as this is not worth the money paid. Avoid buying this if you can.

It is great... but I am not entirely sure it's new. No orange sticker. Means it's been open - so it's not 100% new. First one had some sort of glue (third photo) on the corner that I was too afraid to clean by myself (from obvious reasons) - so I decided to ask for replacement. Shipping in both cases was excelent - never received a package THIS fast, both needed one single day to arrive from UK to Poland with cheapest possible option. I was really blown away that replacement sent on sunday arrived to my home at monday. Lighter itself is simply gorgeous.
