Gazebo was easy to assemble and better quality than I was expecting, glad I decided on this one and got it at a great price in my opinion

This product turned up 2 weeks late, but I received it a week after. I was prepared to pay for it but asked for some discount. They gave me £20. Great I thought let's pay. But the seller messaged me back saying as a gesture of goodwill I can keep the product and don't have to pay. What a magnificent company, but it was not there fault, it was Evri for being such bad couriers. I've had so many bad experiences with this company also known as Hermes. Anyway, thanks so much to Mhstar and there brilliant team of customers service. 5 STARS.

Weaker then I thought it would be and canopy quite thin material.

This is a good gazebo for the price (£90). It comes in a large but manageable case. Easy to pop up and very adjustable in regards to height - When I put this up I was able to sit on leg on a raised part of the garden (higher due to a retaining wall) to get the best positioning of the gazebo, the legs are held in place by a friction clamp/clip so its freely adjustable to any height.The only annoying part is getting it all back in the bag, while the frame folds down very easily and packs away without any complaint, the cover goes in separately and its nearly impossible to get into the same bag. I am sure there is a trick to it, but I've not figured it out yet and its only a matter of time before it rips if I keep trying to put it back into the bag.

Poor review due to not hearing back when I contacted the seller. The cover was faulty, one corner didn't have the strap fitted and no sign of one every having been there. The stitching on the case came away as soon as we tried to get the gazebo out first time. When it's up it's a good product but the fact it's faulty and the hassle in returning it is disappointing.
